GGI is an international alliance of tax consultants and accountants, established as a limited company in Switzerland and registered the brand Geneva Group International in the relevant categories. GGI enables leading independent local firms to operate globally without losing their independence.

Registration of Al-Soor CPA – GGI as a Service Provider with Official Authorities in Kuwait:
Al-Soor CPA is registered with the following regulatory bodies:
- Capital Markets Authority (CMA):
Al-Soor is registered with the Kuwait Capital Markets Authority (CMA) after fulfilling quality, ethics, and professional requirements set by CMA. Registration with the CMA is a prerequisite for working as an independent auditor and investment consultant for listed entities and those regulated by CMA.
- Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK):
Al-Soor has been accredited by the CBK to perform attestation services and risk advisory services for financial institutions, including exchange companies.
- Ministry of Finance (MoF):
Al-Soor is accredited by the (MoF), alongside other leading accounting firms, to assess the compliance of Foreign Financial Institutions (FFIs) with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). - Insurance Regulatory Unit (IRU):
As part of its efforts to enhance supervision and strengthen compliance in Kuwait’s insurance market, the IRU has accredited Al-Soor CPA to assess insurance companies’ compliance with regulatory requirements and technical standards.

Mrs. Buthaina Hassan Al-Ahmad
Licensed Auditor No. 265, Category A, with over 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and investment. She has held several leadership positions in the private sector.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kuwait University and an MBA from Maastricht University, Netherlands. She also holds multiple professional certifications such as Certified Compliance Officer (CCO), as well as certificates in auditing, risk analysis, and investment.
