Registration with the CMA is considered as fundamental requirement to practice as an independent auditor and investment consultant for listed companies in Kuwait stock exchange , as well as entities subject to CMA regulation in the state of Kuwait . - Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK):
Al Soor Office in Kuwait has obtained accreditation from Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) to provide audit services and risk advisory for financial institutions, including exchange companies. - Ministry of Finance (MoF):
Al Soor Office in Kuwait has been approved by the Ministry of Finance (MoF), along with a number of leading accounting firms, to assess the compliance reports of Foreign Financial Institutions (FFIs) with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). - Insurance Regulatory Unit (IRU):
As part of the Insurance Regulatory Unit’s efforts to enhance oversight and improve compliance efficiency in the Kuwaiti insurance market, Al Soor Certified Public Accountants Office has been approved as a qualified entity to assess insurance companies’ compliance with regulatory requirements and approved technical standards.

Ms. Buthaina Hassan Al-Ahmad
Managing Partner
Ms. / Buthaina a licensed auditor No. 265 Category A and has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and investment. She has gained experience through holding several leadership positions in the private sector.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kuwait University and a master’s degree in business administration from Maastricht University – Netherlands. She also holds several professional certificates such as Certified Compliance Manager (CCM) and other certificates in auditing, risk analysis, and investment.

Our office includes a highly qualified specialized team in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial consulting. Team members have extensive years of experience in dealing with various economic sectors.
